German Nationalist Mob Runs Indian Immigrants Out Of Town

All Of Europe Upset At "Attack"



Muegeln, Germany -- An attack by a mob of white activists against a group of Indians has upset European newspapers and Jewish organizations across the continent and across the world.
A group of about fifty German activists shouting nationalist slogans fought with a group of eight Indian activists after a conflict broke out over the non- whites involvement in a local festival.

A scuffle broke out for unknown reasons during a beer festival in the town of 4700 people and the eight Indians were chased out of the festival, fleeing to an Indian owned pizza shop where the German mob, angry at the offense the Indians had given them, broke down the doors and drug the men out, beating them black(er) and blue.

Two German youth involved in the attack with charged with misdemeanors and released on their own recognizance.

The incident appears to have started as a personal conflict fueled by drinking that took on racial overtones.

European papers have used the incident to denounce the National Democratic Party, whose political influence in Germany has been on the rise with the election of its members to an increasing number of seats in state parliaments.
